Generator Mega Global is a proud company with 24 years of experience in the building of custom generator solutions to fit our customers requirements. We provide excellent maintenance packages that takes preventative measures to a new level to safeguard your generator. Generator Mega Global take a tremendous amount of pride in how sales, enquiries and after-sale service are conducted. All of our generators are manufactures with leading brand engines which sets us and our customers up with excellent backup services from our manufacturers. The brands that we use: Volvo Penta, Cummins, German Duetz, Import Duetz (being manufactured under license from Duetz Germany), Perkins & Scania We use two alternator brands which are imported from Italy(Sincro & Marelli), they carry a standard 2 year warranty and their spare & replacement parts are available in South Africa

Generator Conversions

We have experience in the manufacturing custome adaptors to fit alternators to engines. We convert open sets to closed sound attenuated and even super silent. 3 Phase to (4 pole alternators) can be re-wired and converted tosingle phase applications. Manual start machines can be converted tp auto start with automatic change over switches.

New Generator Builds

Our generator enclosures/canopies have been developed and adapted through extensive research and practical experience over the years. We use a CMT (Cut-Machine-Trim) proses to manufacture the enclosures. The enclosure consists of an individual bolt on section, making it possible to maintain, replace and repair the individual sections. LED lights are fitted as a standard feature in our enclosures.

Our canopies has been designed specifically for densely populated areas where low noise levels are crucial. Generator Mega Global has its own uniquely designed air flow system ensuring cool running and super silent generators.

Installations & Commissioning

Generator Mega Global specialize in generator installations, integration & commissioning of all types of generators. From small home & office to more complex synchronized units for mines, data centers, specialized plant & hospital applications where load on demand playes a crucial role. We do all civil works, cable trays and cable work as part of our turn-key solutions to our clients.

We also do engine replacements is case of old age, costly repair scenarios or if engines have been discontinued by the manufacturer.
